We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Bellman to join our hospitality team at NH Collection Dubai Ibn Battuta. As a Bellman, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and assistance with luggage, directions, and general guest inquiries. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and seamless experience for all visitors to our property.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm, professional demeanor
Assist guests with luggage handling, room delivery, and transportation of packages
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, local attractions, dining options, and services
Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs with a helpful and courteous attitude
Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, entrance areas, and luggage storage facilities
Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Operate elevators and assist guests with navigation throughout the hotel
Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary
Perform light maintenance tasks and report any facility issues to management
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to hotel dress code standards at all times
Multitask effectively during peak hours while maintaining service quality
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous
Strong physical fitness and ability to lift and carry luggage regularly
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Reliable time management and punctuality
Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to guest satisfaction
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards (preferred)
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
