This is an opportunity to become a trusted insights partner to the HR Services Leadership Team, helping leaders make better decisions, improve service performance, and enhance the employee experience globally.
This is not simply a reporting role. We are looking for someone who enjoys turning data into decisions, identifying opportunities before others see them, and proactively driving meaningful improvements across people, processes, and services.
You will combine analytics, operational excellence, and business thinking to help evolve HR Services into a more scalable, efficient, and customer-centric organization.
Where You'll Work
This is a hybrid role and requires you to be on-site at our office at Wielicka 30, Kraków, on average 3-5 times per month.
On-site days are typically predetermined and driven by business needs.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that provide meaningful insight into service performance and employee experience.
Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes.
Translate data into clear recommendations that support operational, strategic, and leadership decision-making.
Partner with HR Services leaders to improve service quality, efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and data-driven methodologies.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the HR Services operating model and recommend enhancements.
Improve reporting standards, data quality, governance, and operational transparency.
Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and modernize reporting and service processes.
Challenge assumptions, proactively identify improvement opportunities, and influence positive change across the organization.
What You'll Bring
Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Global Business Services, Customer Operations, or a similar service environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Experience collecting requirements and building reports, dashboards, and meaningful performance insights
Ability to turn complex data into compelling stories, recommendations, and actions
Experience driving process improvement, operational excellence, or Lean initiatives, leading small project groups
Confidence working independently, managing ambiguity, and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
Advanced Excel skills and overall digital savviness
Fluent English
Nice to Have
Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Tableau, Power BI, or other core HR and ticketing systems and analytics platforms
Experience with automation, digitalization, or AI-enabled solutions
Exposure to project management, change management, or service transformation initiatives
Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification.
