The Opportunity
This is a role for an Architect who wants to see their drawings become real spaces — taking projects from first concept all the way to execution, across compact apartments, premium bungalows, and branded offices.

What You Will Do
— Develop architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed plans for residential and commercial projects
— Understand client requirements, lifestyle, and budget — and translate them into designs that work
— Prepare working drawings, elevations, and presentation drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related tools
— Manage projects from concept to execution, working closely with the design, project management, and site teams
— Ensure every design meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
— Track design timelines and support on-time project delivery
— Contribute to integrating smart design systems and design technology into ongoing and future projects
What We Are Looking For
— Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
— 1 to 2 years of experience in interior design or construction is an advantage — strong freshers welcome
— Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools
— Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
— Ability to work within cross-functional teams and manage client relationships with confidence
— Familiarity with design technology and software integration is a plus
