Staff Product Manager, Integrations

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager, Integrations to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will own the strategy and execution for integrations across a multi-product B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on scaling the platform efficiently and reducing the need for custom builds. The position will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Design, GTM, and Partnerships to shape commercially viable solutions that support both customer needs and platform growth. It is a highly cross-functional role that spans pricing, launch readiness, security, permissioning, and lifecycle management from early concept through post-launch expansion.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $145,200 – $181,500 annually
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end integrations strategy, from pricing considerations to GA readiness and relationship management
Collaborate with Engineering to prioritize integration investments based on customer and platform needs
Develop and implement scalable integration strategies that reduce bespoke builds
Drive integration lifecycle management from alpha to post-launch scaling
Make decisions regarding permissioning, security, and licensing models for integrations
Create business cases and frameworks for new integration initiatives
Act as the liaison between GTM, Partnerships, and Engineering to ensure commercial viability of integration efforts
Qualifications
10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS integration roles
Demonstrated leadership in initiatives within a multi-product portfolio
Strong collaboration with Product, Design, Engineering, and GTM teams
Experience working with distributed engineering teams across time zones
Proficient in communicating via various formats, including written specs and decision logs
