Business Systems Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Business Systems Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will own the strategy and roadmap for the internal systems that support core business operations, with a focus on aligning technology solutions to the needs of Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams. You will partner closely with engineering and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements, deliver adoption-ready solutions, and improve execution across key workflows. The position also plays an important role in major system rollouts, stakeholder communication, and measuring the impact of delivered capabilities.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $108,000 – $135,000 annually
Responsibilities
Own and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for critical business systems
Lead requirements gathering sessions and produce well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
Manage the delivery lifecycle in partnership with engineering, from requirements through adoption
Establish hypercare support programs during major system deployments
Serve as the primary product contact for key stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
Define and track success metrics for delivered features to ensure alignment with business needs
Communicate roadmap status and delivery updates to stakeholders at various levels
Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in business systems or internal tooling
Experience working with Legal, Risk, Compliance, or Finance teams and understanding their workflows and priorities
Familiarity with Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud and compliance workflows
Experience with contract lifecycle management tools and ERP systems such as Intacct
Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation, converting business needs into actionable tasks
Proven ability to prioritize a product roadmap amid competing stakeholder demands
Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders
