Sr Manager Product Solutions - Medicare Part D - Work from Home

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Manager Product Solutions - Medicare Part D - Work from Home to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will lead product strategy and ongoing management for Medicare Part D offerings in a highly regulated, member-focused environment. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and clinical teams to shape product direction and ensure strong execution across the full lifecycle. The position also calls for ownership of annual bid activities, product quality assurance, and development of both new offerings and an existing government program portfolio.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $102,000 – $184,300 annually
Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and ongoing management of Medicare Part D products
Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and clinical teams
Oversee annual bid activities and maintain bid quality assurance
Evaluate market trends and customer needs to inform product strategies
Manage and develop a team to drive product innovation and market competitiveness
Serve as a subject matter expert throughout the product lifecycle
Support new product development and ensure effective management of a government program portfolio
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in healthcare or strategic consulting, or 11 years of relevant experience without a degree
Two years of experience managing teams, including hiring, training, and budget management
Background in managed care product development, benefits consulting, or project management
Proven communication skills, able to interface with corporate leadership and various organizational levels
Ability to manage multiple complex priorities and heavy workloads efficiently
Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
