Product Development Manager (P&C Auto)

For our client, we are seeking a Product Development Manager (P&C Auto) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will help shape digital-first property and casualty auto products, with a focus on improving member experiences and strengthening the product pipeline. You will partner across product, operations, pricing, underwriting, and analytics functions to support launches, enhancements, and informed buy/build/partner decisions. The position requires a data-driven approach to product strategy, using performance insights and trend analysis to guide recommendations and improve outcomes.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $114,080 – $218,030 annually
Responsibilities
Support the development and launch of digital-first products and enhanced features for existing offerings
Advise on new product launches and evaluate buy/build/partner decisions
Generate creative product solutions to maintain a strong development pipeline
Maintain awareness of product performance trends and results
Analyze data and customer information to guide product strategy and competitive insights
Evaluate product performance metrics and recommend changes before full launches
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Statistics, or equivalent education and experience
6 years of relevant experience in Actuarial, Pricing, Underwriting, Marketing, Operations, Financial Services, or related military experience
Experience conducting research, compiling and analyzing data, and identifying trends to support product decisions
Demonstrated experience developing, deploying, and supporting products or integrated product suites
Knowledge of Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC)
