Digital Product Manager - Billings & Payments

For our client, we are seeking a Digital Product Manager - Billings & Payments to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will own the strategy and evolution of a billing and payments product area that supports both customer experience and operational efficiency. You will partner closely with engineering, architecture, and key stakeholders to shape platform direction, prioritize investments, and drive measurable outcomes. The position requires a data-driven product leader who can translate complex business needs into clear delivery plans and continuously refine the roadmap through discovery and experimentation.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,000 – $181,025 annually
Responsibilities
Define and evolve product vision and strategy for billing and payments.
Own and track product outcomes, using data to inform prioritization.
Lead discovery activities to validate customer and operational assumptions.
Collaborate with engineering on platform direction and prioritization.
Translate complex problems into actionable product investments with measurable outcomes.
Represent customer and enterprise needs through insights and stakeholder engagement.
Manage the backlog for iterative delivery focused on strategic outcomes.
Communicate product direction and progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
4+ years of product management experience in technical products or platforms.
Strong background in billing and payments, preferably in a regulated financial environment.
Experience partnering with engineering and architecture on systems design and integration.
Demonstrated ability to use metrics for strategy definition and prioritization.
Experience leading customer discovery and experimentation.
