Senior Director of Product - Enterprise

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director of Product - Enterprise to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.
This leader will shape enterprise product strategy across key financial and back-office domains, with a strong emphasis on value creation, operating discipline, and scalable delivery. The role partners closely with engineering and senior leadership to define priorities, validate AI-driven opportunities, and translate business needs into measurable product outcomes. Success in this position will depend on clear executive communication, thoughtful portfolio management, and the ability to drive alignment in a matrixed environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually
Responsibilities
Set and execute a long-term product vision across key financial domains.
Prioritize the product portfolio based on business value and strategic fit.
Define and measure success metrics for each product domain.
Collaborate with engineering on AI use-case discovery and rapid prototyping.
Promote an AI-first approach to enhance product development.
Ensure alignment within the leadership team for predictable product delivery.
Communicate product vision and outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
10+ years in digital product management or leadership roles in complex organizations.
5+ years of experience leading product managers and teams.
Proven track record in product strategy for finance or enterprise back-office systems.
Expertise in AI or data-driven product use case discovery and development.
Strong executive communication skills for C-suite engagement.
Ability to operate within structured governance in matrix environments.
Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
