Senior Product Manager, E2E Product Experience for OTR

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, E2E Product Experience for OTR to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will own the strategy and roadmap for a digital payments experience with a strong emphasis on seamless end-to-end product design. You will lead initiatives that improve real-time spend capabilities and cardless payment functionality while partnering closely with UX researchers, designers, and engineers. The position also calls for strong go-to-market execution and the use of AI-enabled tools to support discovery and innovation.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $125,300 – $154,100 annually
Responsibilities
Own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for digital payment platforms
Lead the evolution of real-time spend capabilities and cardless payment features
Collaborate with UX researchers and engineers to create seamless user experiences
Leverage AI tools to enhance product discovery and innovation
Drive end-to-end Go-To-Market execution for complex product initiatives
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in business, computer science, design, or a related field
8+ years of professional experience in digital payment or mobile product initiatives
Experience managing products in B2B payments and transaction processing
Expertise in defining product metrics and delivering on strategic OKRs
Proven partnership with UX/UI design teams in product discovery
