Product Management Senior Director

For our client, we are seeking a Product Management Senior Director to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will shape product direction for enterprise automation capabilities, with a strong emphasis on turning customer needs into scalable product investments. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to move workflows from early exploration through production adoption. The position requires strong judgment to balance customer-specific requests with broader platform priorities while ensuring the product is intuitive, technically credible, and aligned to market needs.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $218,400 – $365,200 annually
Responsibilities
Collaborate with enterprise customers to identify automation opportunities and define success metrics.
Work with engineering teams to guide workflows from exploration through production.
Differentiate between customer-specific needs and those that warrant core product investment.
Develop and manage the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization of features.
Make strategic decisions on customer focus and workflow execution that balance new and existing deployments.
Partner with design and engineering to make technology accessible and user-friendly.
Coordinate with multiple departments to launch the product into the market and ensure alignment on investment needs.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in product management, particularly in enterprise software or AI-powered products.
Proven track record of taking a product from ideation to production adoption.
Strong understanding of enterprise automation, integration platforms, or developer tools.
Technical fluency to engage deeply with engineering teams on software development and functionality.
Ability to interface with both high-level and operational stakeholders to translate business requirements into product decisions.
