🔔 WE ARE HIRING: TENDER EXECUTIVE ( MANPOWER TENDERS)
Full-Time | On-Site | Ghaziabad
💰 SALARY: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance
📌 EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in manpower / outsourcing tenders (mandatory)
Only candidates with manpower tender experience will be considered. General tender, supply, or works tender experience alone does not qualify.
ABOUT RAZLERVISION
RAZLERVISION LLP provides integrated facility management and manpower services, with a focus on reliable operations and client satisfaction. We are expanding our Railway manpower portfolio and need an experienced tender professional to lead bidding in this segment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
› Track and identify Railway manpower tenders on IREPS and the GeM Portal (manpower outsourcing, housekeeping, loading/unloading, and similar manpower-based contracts)
› Read and interpret NITs, ATCs, eligibility criteria, and corrigenda, and flag qualification gaps early
› Prepare and upload complete technical bids: eligibility documents, similar work certificates, turnover proof, undertakings, and declarations
› Prepare manpower cost sheets as per current minimum wages, EPF, ESIC, bonus, and other statutory components
› Handle EMD, Bid Security Declaration, and Performance Guarantee requirements
› Submit bids using DSC before deadlines and participate in reverse auctions where applicable
› Respond to clarifications, technical evaluation queries, and document shortfall requests
› Maintain a tender tracker covering submissions, results, L1 positions, and competitor rates
› Coordinate with accounts, HR, and operations for documents and post-award formalities (LOA, agreement, PBG, labour licence)
REQUIRED
› Minimum 1 year of direct work on manpower tenders
› Practical working knowledge of the IREPS and GeM portals
› Understanding of minimum wages, EPF, ESIC, and labour law compliance in manpower contracts
› Ability to prepare accurate manpower costing in Excel
› Strong Excel and Word skills
› Good written and spoken Hindi and English
› Attention to detail and discipline with deadlines
PREFERRED
› Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, BBA, or Supply Chain preferred)
› Experience with reverse auctions and GeM manpower outsourcing bids
› Familiarity with Railway divisions and zonal procurement practices
