As an Asset Wealth Management – Securities Based Lending Analyst within the Securities Based Lending team in Wealth Management Operations, you support a high volume of lower-risk, fully secured credit transactions across loans, letters of credit, and derivatives. You help prepare client and collateral analyses ahead of underwriting and contribute to grading and pricing readiness. You also support ongoing portfolio management through annual reviews and renewal/modification recommendations. Job responsibilities
Partner with lenders with the Securities Based Lenders “SBL” through the lifecycle of credit requests and ongoing portfolio management
Prepare client analyses prior to underwriting, including obtaining client credit information
Produce collateral analyses to support underwriting preparation
Support preparation inputs for loan grading and pricing
Perform annual reviews of lines of credit and draft recommendations for renewal or modification
Analyze client data across multiple systems and complete preliminary credit reviews
Review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness
Support preparation of loan documentation packages as needed
Review documentation for alignment with applicable federal and local regulatory requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Strong analytical skills
Working knowledge of financial markets and asset vehicles (e.g., mutual funds, equities, fixed income, municipals)
Ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients as required
Ability to learn about financial derivatives, investments, and wealth advisory capabilities
Ability to complete projects with limited supervision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese in addition to English

Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy
