Business Development Manager – Cold Forming (CF) (F/M/D)

Responsibilities:
Drive the growth and development of the Cold Forming business across Pan-India.
Work closely with channel partners and distributors to develop the Cold Forming business across India.
Identify business opportunities, understand customer requirements and support opportunity conversion.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise and solutions related to Cold Forming applications and processes.
Identify opportunities for other SurTec product lines and generate qualified leads for relevant business teams to support cross-selling opportunities.
Support customer trials, technical discussions and product/application development.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management and operations to convert opportunities into business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Act as the functional and technical expert for Cold Forming within the organization.
Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline across target segments.
Support pricing, commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
Deliver annual sales and profitability targets for the Cold Forming business.
Qualifications:
Strong technical knowledge of Cold Forming processes, applications and related chemical/lubrication solutions.
Ability to conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and application discussions with customers.
Experience in customer trials, product testing, troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
Proven expertise in business development, commercial negotiations, customer relationship management, and solution-based selling.
Ability to understand customer processes, identify technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Understanding market trends, competing technologies and emerging requirements in the Cold Forming industry.
Working knowledge of Microsoft office and other business-related tools usage.
