Simulator Technician IV

Diagnose and correct complex problems on training devices
Perform Preventive Maintenance tasks on the simulators and associated simulator systems.
Utilize Maintenance Management System to record and track maintenance activities.
Provide technical training for other technicians.
Perform daily readiness checks on designated simulators
Effectively supports the technical teams with re-qualification of all simulators
Able to function as a Subject Matter Expert on at least 1 disciplines
To supervise the carrying out of Qualification Test Guides and supply documentation as and when required by the appropriate Authority or as necessary
Assist Engineering Team with modifications, design changes, and software enhancements.
Perform refurbishment and hardware modifications.
Actively pursue knowledge and skills to enhance ability as a technical expert.
Perform software changes to correct problems on the simulators and associated simulator systems.
Coordinate all maintenance activities within an assigned group and / or project.
Assist Group Lead and/or Maintenance Planner & Controller in day-to-day operation of maintenance activities.
Learn and comply with CAE Compliance Management System.
Provide customer service support and address customer needs in a timely manner.
Perform logistics duties, including parts received, repair, and testing/validation.
Perform housekeeping functions to maintain the simulators as required.
Perform administrative tasks as required.
Perform tasks to support the technical services group as required.
Is compliant with local and company Health, Safety and Environment rules and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned
