Triple A Plus (TAP) Developer

Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient product architectures using Java and Python to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the Temenos Wealth Suite Platform into existing systems.
Provide technical expertise and guidance in the implementation of Temenos WS Transact Technical solutions.
Oversee the development process to ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Analyze and evaluate the performance of existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and technical specifications.
Ensure that all solutions are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that technical solutions meet business needs.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
Collaborate with product managers to define product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of features.
Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings.
Requirements:
Possess a strong background in Java and Python with proven experience in developing complex applications.
Demonstrate expertise in the Temenos Wealth Suite Platform, including WS Transact Technical.
Have a solid understanding of software architecture principles and best practices.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable solutions.
Display strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
