Job Description
Responsible for receipt and issuance of Raw, Packing and Engineering Materials as per cGMP norms.
Responsible for storage and issuance related transaction in S4 -HANA -SAP and eWMS system and control of inventor
Responsible for maintaining routine housekeeping in warehouse areas as per cGMP norms.
Responsible for maximum utilization of manpower and available resources.
Responsible for Warehouse management in Raw material section
Responsible for handling Warehouse management-related activities of the warehouse.
Responsible for physical receipt and storage of Raw material.
Responsible for the timely preparation of Goods receipt of Raw, Packing.
Responsible for proper storage of Raw material.
Responsible for timely and correct material issuance to production for manufacturing.
Responsible for control of inventory of Raw materials..
Responsible for disposal of rejected/LRN and Write-off materials and its documentation.
Responsible for training to staff and workman time to time.
Responsible for coordinate with Planning/Purchase/QC/Production for minimize inventory of Raw, Packing and Engineering materials to avoid slow moving/non-moving and near-expiry inventory.
Responsible for collect/ retrieve/preparation of daily records/regular documents and arrangement for submitting the same to QA department after completion.
Responsible for proper arrangement and storage of material as per need.
Responsible for any other activity from time to time which his supervisor/company feel appropriate.
Responsible for warehouse management program.
Preparation /updating of MIS report as per requirment.
Training of people for SOP's for best quality of work.
Follow the GDP and prepare and update the SOP, protocols, reports/ records
Ensure accurate and timely posting of inventory transactions in S4 HANA and eWMS.
