What will I be doing?
As an Intern, you will support your assigned department while learning from experienced Team Members. Your responsibilities will vary depending on your placement and may include:
Assisting with guest services, administrative tasks or departmental projects, as appropriate to your role.
Collaborating effectively with Team Members to contribute to a positive guest and workplace experience.
Actively participating in training and development programs and applying newly acquired knowledge and skills in daily operations.
Following Hilton’s service standards, hotel procedures and health and safety requirements.
Learning about hotel operations in a dynamic, international and multicultural environment.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following qualifications and qualities:
Available for an internship of at least two months, with internship insurance provided by their university.
Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Eager to learn, develop and build a career in hospitality.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
