Director Product Management

For our client, we are seeking a Director Product Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This leader will shape product direction across the care experience, guiding offerings from concept through launch and continual refinement. The role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define strategy, monitor performance, and improve outcomes for the people the organization serves. Success in this position will come from balancing customer needs, business priorities, and disciplined product execution in a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $168,000 – $231,000 annually
Responsibilities
Conceive, develop, and manage products for customer use
Lead product life cycle phases from inception to market introduction
Monitor product efficacy and adjust based on feedback
Implement strategic plans and drive performance improvement
Provide strategic input into the function
Qualifications
Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager required
5+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience required
3+ years of leadership experience required
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
