Sr. Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will guide product direction for digital banking and fintech solutions, with a strong focus on translating customer and subject matter expert input into clear priorities for delivery. You will partner closely with engineering, stakeholders, and an Agile Scrum team to define requirements, sharpen execution, and keep releases aligned with business goals. The position also plays an important role in shaping commercial payment and treasury management capabilities within a fast-moving financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
Responsibilities
Capture and document business requirements from customers and subject matter experts
Define user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering clarity
Own and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business objectives
Lead a cross-functional Scrum team to deliver high-quality releases
Maintain clear communication between stakeholders and the Scrum team
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of product management experience in fintech, digital banking, or SaaS
Proven experience managing software development lifecycles in an Agile environment
Strong understanding of Treasury Management and financial services platforms
Experience with commercial payment products including ACH and wires
