Staff Product Manager, US Public Sector

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager, US Public Sector to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will own the strategy and roadmap for public-sector product offerings, with a strong focus on compliance, accreditation, and scalable adoption within government environments. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to shape features that meet complex public-sector requirements while supporting growth in a highly regulated market. The position also involves coordinating launches with cloud providers and translating customer and regulatory needs into practical product direction.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $181,700 – $249,800 annually
Responsibilities
Own the roadmap for the organization's US public-sector offerings
Design and adapt features to support compliance with US Government requirements
Ensure compliance scales effectively as the business grows
Launch public-sector offerings to accelerate adoption of the company's solutions
Define the public-sector compliance roadmap in partnership with cross-functional teams
Coordinate product launches with cloud providers
Qualifications
5-7 years of product management experience in enterprise B2B or SaaS products
Domain expertise in US public-sector compliance and accreditation, including FedRAMP and DoD Impact Levels
Experience launching enterprise products in large, complex organizations and driving adoption
Proven ability to lead customer conversations and guide cross-functional teams
Familiarity with government cloud services such as AWS GovCloud and Azure Government
US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
Active US security clearance preferred
