Digital Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Digital Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will shape digital product strategy and execution for healthcare solutions that improve workflows and outcomes. You will turn customer needs, market insights, and adoption considerations into clear product direction and business value. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable digital tools and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $125,600 – $172,700 annually
Responsibilities
Define customer needs and preferences in healthcare to identify digital product opportunities.
Analyze market drivers and adoption barriers to inform product strategy.
Design digital products that enhance healthcare workflows and outcomes.
Develop comprehensive product strategies and business cases.
Lead cross-functional teams through all stages of the product lifecycle.
Partner with various functions to deliver scalable digital solutions.
Utilize customer feedback and data for continuous product improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher with 6 years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience.
3 years of experience identifying market trends and developing strategies.
3 years of experience identifying market drivers and economic considerations.
3 years of experience creating digital tools.
Data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration skills.
