Role Description This is a full-time, MEP BIM Modeler role based in Noida. The MEP BIM Modeler will develop, modify, and maintain Building Information Models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in coordination with architectural and structural designs. Daily responsibilities include interpreting construction drawings, modeling MEP components with accuracy, and ensuring compliance with project standards and codes. The role involves close collaboration with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve design clashes, incorporate design changes, and support efficient project delivery. The MEP BIM Modeler will also assist in preparing coordinated drawings and documentation for use during construction and installation.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working as a Modeler on engineering or construction projects.
Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration within building designs.
Ability to read, interpret, and develop detailed Construction Drawings and related documentation.
Understanding of Architecture and coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Proficiency in relevant BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks or similar tools).
Attention to detail, strong spatial visualization, and ability to identify and resolve design conflicts.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams.
Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Prior experience in MEP BIM modeling for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
