Educational Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics / E&TC, having knowledge in Electric vehicle and its energy systems/ machines etc
Job Responsibilities
Layout and packaging of parts in vehicle DMU considering all aspects of functionality, assembly (DFA) / serviceability (DFS).
PLM (Teamcenter) release activity at various vehicle stages & UG NX 2D,3D handling, drawing preparation & review
Support vehicle programs through the entire life cycle including; design, prototype builds, vehicle test and production.
Understanding of vehicle electrical architecture & support for preparation of circuit diagram at vehicle system level
Co-ordination with various cross functional teams for testing, Homologation, vehicle batches (Proto, Pilot, SOP), Plant, service
Handling diagnostics (CAN log analysis) & flashing
Technical document preparation for Diagnostic manual, various standard operating procedure, Homologation requirement documents
Competencies
Technical/ Functional
Good understanding of basic theories and design concepts of different electronics and electrical components used in EVs.
Software skills : CAD , UG NX or equivalent
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management.
Know-how of applicable standards/ regulations and their application for EVs
Knowledge of vehicle harness design considerations, wire size selection, power connectors & vehicle electrical insulation requirements etc.
