SDE 3 (Fullstack)

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices using Python or Java.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend and third-party services.
Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js .
Design and implement scalable and reliable backend architectures.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.
Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
Work with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, QA, and other Engineering teams.
Write unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure application quality.
Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to improving system observability and reliability.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level engineers when required.
Contribute to CI/CD, cloud deployment, and DevOps practices.
Requirements:
6+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python or Java.
Good experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, API design, authentication, and integrations.
Experience working with microservices and distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of SQL databases and database design.
Experience with NoSQL databases is a plus.
Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP, and software design principles.
Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP is preferred.
Strong understanding of application performance, scalability, and security.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
