Responsibilities
Deliver personalized and professional service to customers visiting the branch or distribution touchpoints.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
Educate and guide customers on utilizing digital banking platforms and self-service channels.
Identify customer needs and introduce relevant banking products, services, and financial solutions.
Adhere strictly to operational risk guidelines, compliance standards, and internal audit procedures.
Collaborate with team members to achieve branch service standards and operational excellence.
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or the financial services industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service excellence.
Proven ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer feedback professionally.
