Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking an Area Business Manager for its Agri Business Group (ABG) to lead and manage marketing and branch operations, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
The Area Business Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing marketing strategies and branch operations within the ABG. They will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to enhance customer engagement, improve operational efficiency, and drive business expansion. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of marketing and branch professionals, providing guidance and support to drive business growth.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all marketing and branch activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and branch operations with overall business goals.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving marketing and operational strategies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in marketing and branch management.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
