About The Role
We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our NXT Platform team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user-facing features and the underlying services using ReactJS and Node.js. Collaborating within a cross-functional team, you will utilize modern Artificial Intelligence-assisted development tools to enhance software quality and accelerate delivery timelines. This hands-on position is ideal for engineers who thrive on solving complex technical challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your contributions will directly impact the evolution of our platform, helping media organizations optimize their advertising strategies and operations. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI tools, participate in the full software development lifecycle, and collaborate with talented professionals dedicated to innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern front-end development technologies such as JavaScript and TypeScript
Proficiency in Node.js and experience building server-side applications and APIs
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, including database design and query optimization
Comprehensive understanding of full-stack development, including front-end, back-end, and data layers, with REST API expertise
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor and effective judgment on their application
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
Experience with automated testing, code reviews, and software quality assurance practices
Responsibilities
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment
Build and maintain responsive, accessible user interfaces using ReactJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
Develop and optimize web applications and backend services utilizing ReactJS, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and related technologies
Utilize Artificial Intelligence-assisted engineering tools to generate, refactor, test, and debug code, ensuring security and maintainability
Collaborate with system architects and product teams to design scalable and maintainable solutions
Write automated tests and participate in code reviews to uphold high-quality standards
Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver features aligned with business goals
