Job Description:
The Supply Chain Junior Analyst will manage the execution of sourcing requirements according to Shell’s Category Management & Contracting Process (CMCP) including Strategy, Tactics and Contract Management activities for the assigned operational contract portfolio, in collaboration with internal (Shell) and external (Partners/Suppliers) stakeholders in development and execution of procurement strategies driving towards value maximization, and ensuring delivery of maximum value via each of the awarded contract/commercial deal.

Key Accountabilities:
1. Develop commercially competitive contracting & procurement strategies for assigned operational categories which meets Business Demand and aligns with the category strategy.
2. Apply the CMCP process and CP operations practices while focusing on contribution to the business drivers and not compromise compliance for HSSE, E&C, Code of Conduct, Laws and regulations.
3. Help implement supply chain improvement opportunities, particularly to enable lean sourcing, effective and waste-free requisition-to-pay (RTP) processes.
4. Manage Supplier Relationship effectively and collaboratively drive continuous performance improvement via key metrics (e.g.: HSSE, Operations, Cost) to ensure effective contractual delivery, value optimization and risk management.
5. Manage stakeholder Interfaces.
