Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Transformation & Intelligent Automation Lead to drive enterprise transformation initiatives through Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Process Mining, Agentic AI, and Automation.
The ideal candidate will identify transformation opportunities across business functions, redesign processes for efficiency and scalability, and leverage emerging AI technologies to build rapid Proof of Concepts (POCs), intelligent agents, and automation solutions that deliver measurable business value.
This role combines strategic consulting, operational excellence, AI innovation, and hands-on solution development.
Key Responsibilities
Business Transformation & Process Excellence
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize transformation opportunities across business operations.
Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Process Reengineering methodologies.
Conduct current-state and future-state process assessments.
Drive value-stream mapping, waste elimination, cycle-time reduction, and productivity improvement initiatives.
Establish transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
Quantify business benefits, ROI, and transformation outcomes.
Process Reengineering & Optimization
Analyze end-to-end business processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
Design and implement future-state operating models.
Facilitate process workshops with business stakeholders.
Standardize and optimize processes using process governance frameworks.
Develop business cases and transformation recommendations for leadership.
Agentic AI & Innovation
Design and build AI-powered agents for business operations.
Develop and test Agentic AI use cases for workflow orchestration, knowledge management, and decision support.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for enterprise adoption.
Create rapid Proof of Concepts (POCs) and MVPs to validate transformation opportunities.
Work with Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Power Platform, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks.
Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions.
Intelligent Automation & Digital Transformation
Identify automation opportunities using AI, RPA, and workflow tools.
Collaborate with technical teams to implement intelligent automation solutions.
Support the integration of AI into existing business processes.
Drive digital transformation initiatives from ideation through implementation.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with process owners, business leaders, and functional teams to identify improvement opportunities.
Present transformation strategies, business cases, and POC outcomes to executive stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to generate innovative solutions.
Drive change management and user adoption activities.
Data Analysis & Value Realization
Analyze operational data to identify process inefficiencies and opportunity areas.
Measure and report transformation impact through KPIs and business metrics.
Track realized benefits from implemented improvements and AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, Operations, or related field.
7+ years of experience in Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence, or Operational Excellence roles.
Strong experience in Lean Six Sigma and Process Reengineering initiatives.
Demonstrated experience identifying and driving business transformation opportunities.
Hands-on experience building AI Proof of Concepts and automation solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt Certification.
Certification in Business Process Management (BPM), Design Thinking, or Process Excellence.
Experience with Process Mining tools such as Celonis, Process Intelligence, Signavio, or ARIS Mining.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or LangChain.
Consulting background in transformation or operational excellence programs.

Ideal Candidate Profile
A transformation professional who can walk into a business problem, identify improvement opportunities, redesign the process using Lean Six Sigma principles, rapidly build an Agentic AI or automation POC, quantify the value, and lead implementation through enterprise adoption. This individual should be equally comfortable in executive discussions, process workshops, and hands-on AI solution development.
