Management Consultan

Role Description This is a part-time, remote Management Consultant role at Majlis JO. The Management Consultant will assess current initiatives, workflows, and strategic priorities to recommend improvements that align with the organization’s mission and growth objectives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting analyses of business processes, evaluating financial and operational data, and preparing clear recommendations and action plans for leadership. The role involves providing consulting support on community-building strategies, monetization opportunities, and scalability of programs, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement and monitor proposed solutions. The consultant will also contribute to developing frameworks, dashboards, and reports that support data-driven decision-making and sustainable organizational development.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
Candidates should possess Management Consulting and Consulting skills to design strategies, advise stakeholders, and drive organizational improvements.
Candidates should possess Finance skills to evaluate budgets, revenue models, and financial sustainability of initiatives.
Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, optimize, and standardize workflows across programs and operations.
Relevant qualifications include experience in strategy development, community or content-focused organizations, and working with cross-functional teams in remote settings.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred; consulting experience in digital or creative industries is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, cultural awareness of Arab professional communities, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines are highly beneficial.
