About the team
We are a growing team of passionate individuals eager to make the world a better place for both pets and the people that own them. Our products leverage veterinary health data and AI to improve healthcare outcomes for animals and humans.
We are looking for like-minded individuals who can help lead our research initiatives, turning veterinary health data into insights that shape the future of clinical and practice management tools.
Our core development team is located in Montreal with additional teams located in Toronto and the U.S. We offer a remote work environment.
We are looking for someone who can:
Manage research projects that leverage veterinary clinical and health data, from scoping through delivery.
Translate research questions into structured project plans and actionable deliverables.
Track project timelines, risks, and status, interacting with external stakeholders as well as internal technical/data teams.
Support data harmonization and mapping to standard taxonomies (e.g., SNOMED-CT Vet, VeNom, RxNorm).
You will be a good fit if:
You have the following skills and experience
Veterinary degree (DVM/VMD).
Experience with medical or veterinary informatics - EHR systems, clinical data, terminology standards, or data extraction tools.
Experience managing research projects, clinical studies, or data-driven initiatives.
Familiarity with data harmonization or mapping to clinical taxonomies/ontologies is a plus.
Comfortable working with both clinical staff and technical/data teams.
