Linklaters is looking for a motivated new graduate to join the HR Team of the Milan office for a six-month internship from November 2026.
Linklaters is a leading global law firm with offices in major business and financial centres which specialises in advising the world’s leading companies, financial institutions and governments on their most challenging transactions and assignments.
To consistently deliver excellent advice to our clients, we depend on having expert, flexible and entrepreneurial lawyers and staff who are at the very top of their profession.
The HR Intern will assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the Human Resources department. This among others includes:
Recruiting: administrating and running the recruitment process, from ensuring the candidate management system is up to date and running the assessment days;
HR management: assisting in the planning and organisation of overall HR processes together with the other teams, including updating of HR management systems and employees/lawyers records;
Network: assisting in the planning and organisation of HR network activities (Diversity&Inclusion, Health&Wellbeing, agile working, internal events…).​
Requirements
Degree in Law, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields with excellent academic credentials;
Proficiency level in English;
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel);
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Comfortable at prioritising own caseload and dealing with a wide variety of different requests.
