Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy AI agents using Google ADK, CrewAI, LangChain and LangGraph.
Build RAG pipelines using grounding, hallucination mitigation, guardrails, embeddings, vector databases, MCP and function calling.
Design multi-agent workflows for routing, planning, memory, tool execution and orchestration.
Build event-driven state machines for long-running, multi-step reasoning, branching and context persistence.
Create middleware controls for safety rules, policy checks and permission scope.
Integrate agents with APIs, databases, vector stores and enterprise applications, and implement testing, security, observability, CI/CD and monitoring.
Required Skills & Experience
6–15 years of relevant engineering experience.
Strong Python, Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM and RAG implementation skills.
Hands-on experience with Google ADK, GCP, Gemini, Vertex AI, LangChain, LangGraph and CrewAI.
Experience with REST APIs, vector databases, MCP, function calling, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
Understanding of event-driven design, state management, grounding and guardrails.
