AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to build, deploy, and optimize machine learning and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong Python skills, knowledge of ML/DL, and hands-on experience with modern Generative AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
Build AI-powered applications using Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
Develop LLM, RAG, and AI Agent solutions.
Integrate AI/ML models with backend APIs and production applications.
Work with embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
Monitor and improve model performance, accuracy, and inference costs.
Collaborate with software and product teams to build scalable AI solutions.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Python.
Good understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
Experience with Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and embeddings.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex is a plus.
Knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL and data processing using Pandas/NumPy.
Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms.
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, or Weaviate is a plus.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in AI/ML development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML projects.
