UiPath Test Automation Engineer (Workday & Coupa)

This is a remote position.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using UiPath Studio (Testing Profile) for Workday and Coupa applications
Build and execute regression test suites covering Workday HCM core, Talent & Performance Management, Advanced Compensation, Payroll/Benefits, and Recruiting modules
Build and execute regression and functional test suites for Coupa modules including Procurement (P2P), Sourcing, Invoicing, and Supplier Management
Validate business-critical configurations and custom workflows before and after Workday's bi-annual releases (Release Assessment / Feature Impact Testing)
Use UiPath Test Manager for test case management, requirement traceability, and execution reporting
Configure and schedule test executions via UiPath Orchestrator, including unattended and scheduled test sets
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across UI and API layers for both applications
Log, track, and manage defects to closure; collaborate with functional/HRIS, procurement, and development teams to reproduce and resolve issues
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines where applicable
Maintain test data, environment readiness, and reusable object/component libraries

Requirements
Ideal Candidate
Strong Test Automation Engineer Profile with UiPath Test Suite expertise for Workday & Coupa
Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years of overall QA / test automation experience, with at least 2+ years hands-on on UiPath Test Suite (Studio – Testing Profile, Test Manager, Orchestrator)
Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using UiPath Studio (Testing Profile) for enterprise SaaS/ERP applications.
Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience building and maintaining automated regression suites for enterprise SaaS/ERP applications, covering functional, integration, and regression testing across UI and API layers.
Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience using UiPath Test Manager (test case management, requirement traceability, execution reporting) and UiPath Orchestrator (configuring/scheduling test sets, unattended execution)
Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have experience logging, tracking, and managing defects to closure, and maintaining test data, environment readiness, and reusable object/component libraries.
Mandatory (Tech skill 1): Must have working knowledge of Workday functional areas — HCM core, Compensation (including Advanced Compensation), Talent & Performance — sufficient to design meaningful test scenarios
Mandatory (Tech skill 2): Must have working knowledge of Coupa modules — Requisitioning / Procurement (P2P), Purchase Orders, Invoicing, Sourcing, or Supplier Management.
Mandatory (Tech skill 3): Must have basic API testing skills (Postman / REST) and SQL for data validation.
Mandatory (Communication): Must have good communication skills to work with cross-functional HRIS, procurement, and IT teams
Mandatory (Note): Candidates able to join within 10–15 days will be eligible for a joining bonus of up to 20% of their monthly salary, subject to a maximum payout of ₹1,00,000. The bonus will be credited along with the first month's salary
Preferred: Experience validating configurations before/after Workday's bi-annual releases (Release Assessment / Feature Impact Testing); integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
Experience: 3–5 years · Remote · 5 days a week · Notice period up to 30 days
