Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of software engineering experience with strong full stack expertise in React, TypeScript, .NET, and C#.
2+ years leading engineers as a Team Lead, Engineering Manager, or Technical Lead.
Hands-on experience building and supporting microservices, REST APIs, SQL Server databases, and cloud-based applications in Azure (or AWS).
Proven experience owning delivery, architecture decisions, code quality, and stakeholder communication for engineering teams.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.
Nice To Have Requirements:
Experience building or supporting payment platforms, billing systems, Stripe Connect integrations, ACH/eCheck processing, reconciliation, or PCI-compliant applications.
Experience with Docker, Terraform, observability platforms, event-driven architecture, processor migrations, merchant onboarding, or financial services products.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Team Lead, Full Stack Engineering (React + .NET) to lead a team responsible for building and enhancing mission-critical payment and billing solutions. This is a player-coach role that combines technical leadership, architecture ownership, and hands-on software development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full stack engineers and QA professionals while fostering strong engineering practices and code quality standards.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using React, TypeScript, .NET, C#, SQL Server, and cloud technologies.
Own technical roadmap planning, system architecture, modernization initiatives, API design, and delivery execution.
Drive the reliability and accuracy of payment, billing, payout, and reconciliation systems while supporting integrations with payment processors and financial platforms.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions while promoting adoption of AI-powered development tools and best practices.
Compensation:
$175,000 to $200,000 per year annual salary.
