Generative AI Engineer – LLM Training & Evaluation

Role Overview
Contribute directly to LLM and Generative AI training and evaluation workflows across complex reasoning and application scenarios.
Develop and evaluate prompts, AI workflows, model outputs, RAG systems, and AI-generated solutions for quality and reliability.
Create and review training data, evaluation datasets, benchmarks, test cases, and reference responses for GenAI models.
Provide technical feedback to improve model reasoning, accuracy, instruction following, and real-world AI performance.
Key Requirements
2–8 years of professional experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, AI Engineering, or related fields.
Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, model evaluation, and AI application development.
Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases, or similar GenAI technologies.
Experience with LLM training/evaluation workflows, SFT, RLHF, AI agents, or AI-assisted development is highly preferred.
