About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Lead to drive the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management modules, with a strong focus on Project Costing and Project Billing. The ideal candidate will lead functional workstreams, engage with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of PPM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion PPM, focusing on Project Costing and Project Billing modules.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional design documents and system configurations.
Conduct fit-gap analysis, configure the application, and support testing cycles (SIT/UAT).
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data conversions.
Provide functional leadership and mentorship to junior consultants.
Liaise with client stakeholders to manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Project Costing and Billing.
Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Oracle applications, with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion PPM.
Proven experience in Project Costing and Project Billing modules, including configuration and support.
Experience leading full life-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
Strong understanding of integration points between PPM and Oracle Fusion Financials/Procurement.
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of consultants.
