The Opportunity:
This role will help advance enterprise Talent Development priorities by owning and leading selected Talent Development programs, facilitating high-impact leadership and employee development experiences, and playing a significant role in the execution of Elevate, CACI’s portfolio of high-potential development programs:
Own and lead selected Talent Development initiatives across the broader team, with an initial focus on Career Development at CACI.
Facilitate select Lead@CACI and other Talent Development sessions.
Partner closely with the Director, High-Potential Programs to lead the planning and execution of key Elevate events and experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution: shaping a learning experience, facilitating a session, managing a complex workstream, coordinating an executive event, and building the processes needed to deliver consistently and at scale.
Responsibilities:
Lead Career Development at CACI as an area of program ownership, shaping the roadmap and translating career development priorities into practical experiences, resources, tools, and communications that help employees take greater ownership of their growth and careers.
Partner across Talent Development and with enterprise stakeholders to connect Career Development with related talent practices, technology, and employee experiences, and use feedback and data to evolve the approach over time.
Contribute to the design and evolution of Talent Development initiatives, bringing a strong point of view on participant experience, effectiveness, scalability, and execution.
Use feedback, data, and lessons learned to recommend improvements and strengthen program effectiveness over time.
Prepare for and facilitate select Lead@CACI sessions and other Talent Development workshops, discussions, and learning experiences for leaders and employees across levels.
Deliver established learning content with credibility and energy, adapting facilitation to audience needs, encouraging participation, and creating an effective learning environment.
Capture participant feedback and observations from delivery to help program owners strengthen learning experiences over time.
Lead end-to-end planning and execution for key Elevate events and experiences, including workshops, site visits, capstones, executive sessions, and other in-person or virtual program events.
Develop event plans, timelines, run-of-show documents, budgets, and contingency plans; coordinate venues, vendors, food and beverage, technology, room setup, materials, travel-related requirements, and other logistics as needed.
Coordinate closely with program owners and stakeholders so event execution reinforces the program purpose, learning objectives, and intended participant experience.
Provide on-site or virtual event leadership, anticipate and resolve issues, and ensure a polished, professional experience for participants, executives, speakers, and guests.
Build productive relationships across Talent Development, TAG, business leaders, executive stakeholders, internal partners, and external providers.
Operate with flexibility in a fast-moving environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
Contribute broadly to the success of the Talent Development team, stepping into priority work where the role’s program leadership, facilitation, or event expertise can add value.
Qualifications:
Required:
7+ years of experience in Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience leading talent initiatives from design/planning through execution and evaluation.
Demonstrated facilitation experience with live and/or virtual audiences; comfortable facilitating discussions, workshops, and learning experiences for diverse employee and leader populations.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,200
