Content Producer - Business Skills

The Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Producer to develop engaging, short-form microlearning videos for professional and business skills training. The role owns the instructional content journey from research and scripting through storyboarding, production review, and final content quality checks.
The ideal candidate combines strong instructional thinking, scriptwriting, visual storytelling, research, and AI-assisted content creation skills and can translate complex business concepts into clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences.
Responsibilities :
Research business and professional skills topics using credible sources and translate them into focused, learner-centered microlearning content.
Write concise, engaging video scripts aligned with defined learning objectives and instructional outcomes.
Develop relatable workplace scenarios, hooks, narratives, and examples that demonstrate skills through practical application.
Translate approved scripts into production-ready storyboards and on-screen text.
Use generative AI and content-production tools to support research, ideation, scripting, and production workflows while independently validating quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with animation, voice-over, design, subject-matter experts, and quality teams to take content from script to final video.
Review animatics, voice-over, animation, graphics, and video versions for instructional accuracy, visual clarity, continuity, and alignment with the approved script.
Create supporting learning assets, including quizzes, visual summaries, landing-page content, and video metadata.
Manage multiple lessons across production stages and maintain consistent quality, tone, terminology, and learner experience across a course.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design & Business/Media, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in instructional content, learning design, scriptwriting, educational media, corporate training, or video content production.
Excellent writing, editing, research, and storytelling skills, with a strong command of American English.
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts into concise, practical, and engaging learning content.
Strong understanding of learning objectives, microlearning principles, scenario-based learning, and assessment design.
Ability to think visually and translate scripts into clear storyboards and production directions.
Proficiency with generative AI tools for content development, ideation, research support, and visual/storyboard creation, combined with strong independent editorial judgment.
Strong attention to detail, feedback management, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to own content through multiple stages of production.
A portfolio demonstrating instructional scripts, microlearning, educational videos, storyboards, or comparable learning content is strongly preferred.
