We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Integrations.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and optimizing scalable Salesforce solutions while following Salesforce development best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
Develop responsive and reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and the Salesforce Lightning framework.
Build scalable Trigger Frameworks while ensuring compliance with Salesforce Governor Limits.
Write and optimize complex SOQL, SOSL, and relationship queries.
Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
Work with Named Credentials, OAuth, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and Middleware platforms.
Implement asynchronous processing using Future Methods, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.
Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Develop and configure Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Custom Metadata, Custom Settings, and security controls.
Develop and consume Platform Events to support event-driven architectures.
Perform code reviews, debugging, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
Participate in release management, deployment planning, and CI/CD activities using DevOps tools.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Must-Have Skills
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex Classes and Triggers.
Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Governor Limits.
Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
Hands-on experience with Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Scheduled Apex.
Good understanding of the Salesforce data model, security, and automation.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC).
Knowledge of Named Credentials and OAuth.
Experience with Middleware platforms.
Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools.
Experience with event-driven architecture and enterprise integrations.
Salesforce certifications are a plus.
