Salesforce Project Manager / Scrum Master
Algoworks is hiring an experienced Salesforce Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery, project execution, and cross-functional teams across enterprise Salesforce initiatives.

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Project Management, Agile Delivery or a similar role.
8+ years Salesforce PM/Scrum Master
Hands-on exposure to DevOps/CI-CD/deployment tools
Strong client-facing communication and ability to handle high-pressure delivery environments
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working with distributed/global teams.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of project deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
CSM, PSM or other Scrum certification.
Salesforce Administrator experience.
Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
Experience with Salesforce release/DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT or Salesforce DevOps Center.
Experience with Salesforce deployment and release-management processes.
Experience in financial services, lending, mortgage, fintech or other regulated industries.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
Work Schedule
Candidates must be able to work with U.S. business hours and maintain the required overlap with U.S.-based teams and clients.
Location Requirement
Remote – Latin America (LATAM).
Candidates must currently reside in a Latin American country and be authorized to work remotely from their current country.
