Role Description The Consultant role at Marg Business Transformation is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Consultant will work closely with client teams to diagnose transformation challenges, design change and leadership interventions, and support implementation of structured change management initiatives. Daily activities include conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating workshops and training sessions, developing consulting deliverables and presentations, and translating global frameworks into practical client-specific actions. The role also involves analyzing organizational data and feedback, preparing advisory reports, coordinating with internal project teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. Consultants are expected to contribute to thought leadership, support business development efforts, and continuously refine methodologies based on project learnings.
Qualifications
Proven consulting experience in change management, organizational development, or leadership development, preferably with exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience in leading workshops, delivering training, and engaging diverse stakeholder groups.
Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, manage expectations, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Comfort working in dynamic, fast-changing environments with high levels of ambiguity, and a structured approach to planning and execution.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related field; professional certifications in change management or leadership development are an advantage.
Familiarity with digital transformation, AI-driven change, or people analytics is beneficial.
Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel to client locations as required.
