Client Relationship Manager

We're looking for an experienced administrators with a solid personal wealth background to take genuine ownership of a client portfolio and be the name our client’s trust.
What you'll be doing:
managing and administering a portfolio personal wealth clients
building strong relationships with clients, listening carefully to identify their needs and ensuring they're always well looked after
handling client queries promptly and professionally, resolving issues with accuracy and care
partnering with consultants to keep client accounts running smoothly - from preparing documents and managing workflows to coordinating meetings and following up on actions
supporting vulnerable clients in line with internal guidelines, ensuring their interests are always protected
What we're looking for:
solid experience in financial services, specifically in personal wealth management - this is essential, not optional.
the kind of communication skills that put clients at ease - clear, professional, and genuinely attentive
high attention to detail and the ability to stay on top of a varied, fast-moving workload - because our clients notice when things are done well
a proactive, organised approach and the confidence to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team.
