Project Manager

Who are you?
You are an exceptional Project Manager with 7-10 years of post-graduate experience, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering complex industrial, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, warehouse, data centers, and corporate workplace projects. You have experience representing owners and occupiers through all phases of project delivery, from business case development and planning through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and occupancy.
You bring maturity, sound judgement, and confidence to complex project environments, and are comfortable balancing operational, commercial, and project delivery objectives in active business and industrial settings.
Job Description
Managing capital projects for industrial facilities, warehouses, manufacturing plants, logistics centers, data centers, corporate offices, and workplace environments.
Acting as the owner's representative, ensuring alignment between project objectives, operational requirements, and business goals.
Coordinating phased construction activities within active operational environments while minimizing disruptions to business operations.
Leading tenant improvement, workplace modernization, facility expansion, relocation, and fit-out projects.
Collaborating with facility, operations, engineering, health and safety, and business teams throughout project delivery.
Supporting site selection, due diligence, occupancy planning, and transition activities where required.
Managing multiple concurrent projects within capital programs and portfolio environments.
Ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with client standards for quality, schedule, cost, and operational readiness.
Minimum 7-10 years of progressive project management experience within construction, real estate, industrial, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, distribution, or corporate occupier environments.
Demonstrated experience delivering projects on behalf of owners, occupiers, developers, or within a professional services/consulting environment.
Proven experience managing projects from concept through completion.
Experience delivering projects within active operating facilities, including renovations, expansions, facility upgrades, and phased construction activities.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
PMP designation is preferred.
Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and risk management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling tools such as MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
