Enable Dental is a mobile dental practice bringing care directly to patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing
homes, and other settings across the San Mateo area. As a Lead Dental Assistant, you'll run the clinical side of a
small, close-knit mobile team and play a hands-on role in how care gets delivered every day.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE
$35.00- 38.00/hr, depending on experience

SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday, daytime hours
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Prepare treatment rooms and assist chairside during procedures
Take radiographs and manage supplies and sterilization
Educate patients and their families on care and next steps
Mentor other assistants and keep the day running on schedule
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
2+ years of dental assistant experience
Active state-level Dental Assistant certification
Valid drivers license and clean driving record, age 25+
Comfort working in patients homes and care facilities rather than a fixed office
LOCATION
This role serves patients throughout the greater San Mateo area
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Willing & able to lift and transport dental equipment & supplies
Must be comfortable driving a minivan for mobile visits
Must be over 25 years old, with a State Driver's License and clean driving record
Full time schedule (4-10 hour shifts)
