About the Role
Portfolio Product Manager – NRI Business will play a strategic role in supporting the growth of the non-resident customer portfolio. Based in Mumbai and reporting to the Head of Portfolio, the role will be responsible for analyzing portfolio health, identifying growth opportunities, and executing initiatives that enhance customer experience and business performance. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Analyze the NRI customer portfolio regularly to derive insights on health and performance.
Evaluate customer experience (CX) offered by competitors and global leaders to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Use web analytics to assess customer behaviour and trends, and implement innovative solutions.
Develop and execute portfolio growth strategies in collaboration with Channel, Field, Operations, Digital, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
Build products and processes that deliver a world-class experience to NRI customers.
Ensure high service availability and quick turnaround times for portfolio-related systems and processes.
Empower channel and field teams with tools and intelligence to enhance portfolio management.
Incorporate customer and business feedback into acquisition strategies, balancing trade-offs and priorities.
Conceptualize, execute, and analyze the performance of customer campaigns using HPE (High Performance Engine).
Secondary Responsibilities
Contextualize customer, market, and competitor trends to guide cross-functional strategy and execution.
Drive campaigns through HPE to improve portfolio health, cross-sell/upsell, customer engagement, and channel activation.
What We Are Looking For
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
Proven experience in portfolio management, product development, or customer experience roles within banking or fintech.
Experience in campaign management and performance analysis using digital tools.
Skills and Attributes
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate across teams and departments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Deep understanding of customer behaviour, digital innovation, and market dynamics.
Proficiency in using analytics platforms and campaign management tools like HPE.
