Role Description The Graphic Design Intern will support the creation of visual assets for digital and print materials, including social media posts, presentations, marketing collateral, and internal documents. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with concept development, designing graphics and layouts, refining existing designs, and preparing files for production. The intern will work closely with mentors and team members to ensure brand consistency across all materials and to contribute fresh ideas to campaigns and projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, requiring regular collaboration with the team and participation in reviews and feedback sessions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with an understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to contribute to brand identity development and visual consistency.
Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing, including familiarity with photo manipulation and optimization for various formats.
Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software) is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn from feedback are expected.
Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is required.
Enrollment in or completion of a design-related course or degree is a plus, along with a portfolio showcasing relevant work or academic projects.
