THE ROLE
We're looking for a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of client roles — from client and stakeholder management through to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and successful placement. This is an individual contributor position, not a management role: you'll be hands-on in the work and expected to take real ownership of the searches and clients assigned to you. The role is fully remote.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end — from client kickoff calls and role scoping through sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and placement of talent.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong working relationships throughout the search.
- Lead and run kickoff calls to align with clients on role requirements, hiring criteria, process, and timelines.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using a mix of traditional recruiting methods and AI-enabled tools to work efficiently and find strong matches.
- Manage candidate pipelines and communication, keeping both clients and candidates informed at every stage.
- Negotiate offers and manage the process through to signed offer and successful placement.
- Take ownership of your searches and proactively flag risks, bottlenecks, or opportunities to clients and internal stakeholders without needing to be asked.
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS and other recruitment systems.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally including full-cycle/full-desk recruiting.
- Demonstrated experience managing the entire recruitment process — from client-facing kickoff calls through to offer and placement.
- Comfortable using AI tools to support sourcing, screening, and other parts of the recruitment workflow.
- High sense of ownership — someone who takes accountability for outcomes and isn't afraid to own a project or client relationship.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with both clients and candidates.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the discipline to manage a remote workload independently.
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with a distributed team.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience recruiting in tech and sales
- Familiarity with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby) and recruitment CRM tools.
- Prior experience working in an agency or staffing environment
